Details: The Centre for Creative Leadership (CCL), in a study of over 300 leaders and senior managers, found that eight emotional intelligence elements could predict high leadership performance 80% of the time. This webinar looks at the practical implications of this for leadership development and, in particular, how emotional intelligence is linked to critical leadership competencies. The session will draw on a mix of theory and practice. It is aimed at providing attendees with practical insights that will help them to identify linkages between emotional intelligence and areas of challenge for leaders such as conflict management and leading change.
