1) How long will the current EQ-i be available and will I have to start using EQ-i 2.0 immediately upon its release?

You will have access to the current EQ-i for one year from the release of EQ-i 2.0 (until July 2012). This means you can transition to EQ-i 2.0 when it makes sense for you and your business.

2) Will I have access to all the data in my existing EQ-i Scoring Organizer account after July 2012?

Yes, we will provide access to your current EQ-i data before July 2012. We recognize the importance of providing you with the data from your past EQ-i work and please rest assured, we will make it available to you. More details will be available early in 2012.

3) Will I need to be re-certified in the new version?

No, re-certification will not be required. However, before using EQ-i 2.0, watching the orientation modules located under the “Resource” section is highly recommended.

4) If I have report uses in my existing Scoring Organizer account can I transfer them to the new EQ-i 2.0?

Yes, existing EQ-i Report Uses can be transferred to EQ-i 2.0. In addition, EQ-i 2.0 will operate on a token model – thus, making it easier for you to buy what you want when you want it. As well, all tokens can be used for any report type, eliminating the need to refund pre-purchased report uses should you need a different type of report.

5) Can I print the Users’ Manual?

The Users’ Manual is available in the EQ-i 2.0 Portal free of charge and cannot be printed at this time. Should you prefer a printed Manual, printed copies will be available for purchase shortly.

6) What report options are available in EQ-i 2.0?

The new premier Workplace Report is available now. This new report replaces the following EQ-i reports: Individual Summary, Development, Resource and Business Reports. EQ-i 2.0 will also offer Leadership, Group, Higher Education and Lifestyle Reports (more information on publication dates will available shortly).

7) When will the new EQ360 be available?

The new EQ360 will be available by September 2011.

8) What is a token?

Tokens are a type of currency used by MHS to purchase reports. One token is equivalent to the purchasing power of one US dollar, one Canadian dollar or one UK pound.

9) What is the advantage of using tokens?

When you buy tokens in advance or real-time, you have the flexibility in selecting the report and generating the report at any given time.

By doing so, there is clarity and simplicity in your client billing and project planning practices because an actual purchase including taxes took place rather than credit amount in your account.

You will take advantage of discounts when you purchase in bulk – please speak to your partner relations consultant to learn more about this at growyourbusiness@mhs.com.

10) How do I buy tokens?
